Question Low or No Carb Drinks

This is my second time around and the first one was very successful. Now that I'm much wiser of the plan, but not an expert, I have questions about two types of drinks.

1. Atkins "Advantage" Shake. Sure does solve the chocolate craving, but is there anything I should know about this drink? I would think next to water, this would be a great drink? Any hidden carbs? Shows net 2g on the can, but labels says 6g.

2. Safeway Select "Clear". Sugar Free, Caffeine Free, and Sodium Free. Label says zero sugar, zero carbs. Ingredients: Carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavors, potassium citrate, malic acid, aspartame, potassium benzoate, acesulfame potassium, and phenylalanine. Does any of the over ingredients look to be problems? This drink sure is sweet to be ok.

Please help with the above.

Thanks.

The "clear" had aspartame listed. I am not an expert, but I have always heard that you should stick with splenda sweetner. As far as that goes.......I have a great alternative. It's a little expensive, but it taste great. It is called fruit2O. It is made by Veryfine. It taste like real fruit juice. I love it. For more info, look under general lo-carb. I posted a question about it there a few days ago. It got good response. Good luck.
