Question Atkins nutritionals

Has anyone tried the Accel nutritional Atkins has? I was wondering if it would be okay to take during Induction since I am not losing and it says it is not recommended during that time. I called the Atkins hotline and asked about that and the lady said it is not recommended during Induction because people are generally losing steadily anyway. That said, she said it would be fine to take it. Wondering if anyone else has tried it??

I am using the Dieters' Advantage from Atkins. I read, also, that you aren't supposed to take Accel during Induction.

Default Atkins Accel

monster66 - I just bought Atkins Accel at Albertson's in town. It cost $12.79 for a bottle of 45 tablets. Taken one hour before meals, three times per day (a 15 day supply) "Yes, it says not for Induction", for use during OWL or Pre-M it to help when stalls occur.

I also am very Metobolic Resistance. I started using it this morning. I have been on Induction for almost 4 week because I have lost only one pound. I am staying on Induction until I have some results.

If you were advised by Atkins hotline, then I would feel comfortable following their guidence.

I have done WW, SlimFast, Metabolife, and Hydroxy Cut over this past year with only a few pounds successly lost. I am making this a lifestyle. It is easy to cook for the whole family, we all eat together. Everyone wins.

Which ever way you choose, I hope you have successful results!
