Default Stall Breaking Tips!

Dearest Group,
I just wanted to pass along some tips that seem directly responsible for breaking my stall. This past week, I lost 3 pounds and it was even TOM!
All I did differently was:

1. CLA 4-6 times a day (1,000 mg. each)
2. Atkin's Accel 3 X a day
3. Atkin's Dieter's Advantage 2X a day
4. Reduce calories to 12 X goal weight

I know it's a lot of pills and expensive but well worth me FINALLY getting into the 150's for the first time in years! I have lost 11 pounds and 10.5 inches and credit much of my success to the daily wisdom and support of this forum. Thanks to all and happy halloweeen!

It could also be just time for your body to let go of weight. Almost no one loses steadily. It comes in bursts after small frustrating stalls As close as you are to goal weight your cals should be ok at 12x goal weight. Don't obsess though, stress can cause weight retention too you know

On days you feel extra hungry, it could be a sign of mroe loss ready to happen. Don't force yourself into that calorie limit on those days. Instead have tons of low cal, high nutrient veggies with a little protien and fat to fill you up and let your body know it's ok to lose

Make sure you have taken measurements too. A stall isn't a stall unless you haven't lost any lbs OR inches for over 4 weeks.

I'll wager that any Atkins person has stalled, (especially women) during the course of their loss. It taught me patience. I kept telling myself, "You have to eat this way the rest of your life anyway, what's the big deal?" Yeah, it's frustrating, but focus on the BIG PICTURE. Trust that it WILL happen. Know that your body stalls normally to adjust itself.

I DID stress out during my stalls. Sure. I did a lot of research because I wanted to make sure I wasn't responsible to the wicked non-progress. No bars, no aspertame, no alcohol, not too much cheese or nuts, hmmm...and some other things. During these times I REALLY focused on vegetables. They last 4 - 8 weeks, then you'll loose 3 pounds in a week. It just happens. Once you KNOW you're not responsible, try to block it out and focus on other things.

GOOD JOB!!
