Hi Mslizzie,

Looks like you are doing really well with your exercising. I've just started exercising again after being a real lazy slob since ski season ended!

I noticed that you do the Power90 videos. Can I ask what they are like? Have you been doing them long and seen/felt any results?

Keep up the great work!

Lupey

Thanks for your reply. The power90 tapes sound like a good investment to me. I might give them a try. I too like to vary my routine as I get bored with the same thing every day, so this should help with that. I also have a yoga video a friend gave me which I'm enjoying as a change of pace.
