Today my dream came true

I finally made it to Onederland

I thought that I would ALWAYS weigh over 200 pounds, but I tried Atkins, and it has changed my life in so many ways. I am still kind of in shock about weighing in at 199 pounds, and I tell you, it is the best feeling in the world. I owe so much to this board, and the friends that I have made. I also appriciate having a journal to write down all of my feelings

I want ALL of you who are new to Atkins, to please stick with it. It really does work wonders, and it gets so much easier after the first week
