A splash of lemon
How bad is it? I usually put some lemon on my water, it tastes better and I can drink more of it this way. Even more now that is so cold, and I heat the water. I really could not stomach hot water alone! I noticed I easily consume the juice of two lemons in a day (small lemons). I could not calculate it through fit day, because it gives me the option of eating the whole fruit or adding a wedge, which is not the same (I squeeze the juice out of the lemon).
Anybody knows how many carbs I may be adding to my day?
