Bacon Wrapped Filets covered in Mushroom Marsala
With Fresh Herb Cucumber Canapes

HERBED CUCUMBER CANAPES

HERBED CUCUMBER CANAPES

8 oz cream cheese, softened * 7.92g
1 tsp garlic, minced * .93g
1/4 c green onion slices * 1.835
1/4 c Fresh cinnamon basil, chopped * 1.1g
1/2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves, chopped * .05g
1/2 tsp salt * 0g
1/4 tsp pepper * 0g
1/4 tsp Fresh tarragon leaves, chopped * .08g
1 Cucumber-5.25” long, cut into 1/8" slices(42 slices = * 6.3g )

Total: 18.215g makes 6 servings (7 slices) *3.035g

Beat all ingredients except cucumber in large mixing bowl.
Spread cucumber slices with mixture.
Garnish with assorted chopped veggies if desired.

Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen appetizers.
