Cool Another Newbie!!

Hello to everyone. Very glad to find this forum. I started CAD Sept 24 and am loving it. Last year I lost 50 pounds on Protein Power, but have gained 30 back, and just can't go back to eating so restrictively. I am very pleased with how easy CAD is, and how rewarding that reward meal is!!
If anyone has any tips for me, I could use all I can get.
I am down 5 pounds so far this week, and am actually back at the gym for the first time in a couple months

Dianne...

Just don't reward yourself too much during the reward meal
and stick to the gym routine. You will do fine.

Welcome! You will do fine! Just remember to eat balanced at the reward meal most of the time. The weight loss is slow but steady, you don't feel like you're on a diet and you don't get hungry. Good Luck!
