Default What the heck and I suppose to do???

What am I suppose to do with this whipping cream? add spleda wisk it what?? any tips would be helpful...

Hi. Yes, just add a tad of Splenda and maybe a few drops of vanilla extract. I'm sure a whisk would work, but you'd probably wreck your wrists. I have one of those stick blenders and it works nicely.

I use it a lot in cooking. Makes scrambled eggs and omelets richer. Also in powdered shake mixes..w/water. Make cream sauces w/or without cheese to top fish and meats and vegetables. Theres lots of recipies online and on this site that use whipping cream in place of milk. Good Luck... KC

put a little crystal light in it and whip it. make some decaf coffee and put it in it. Put some fresh berries in some and chill. Lots of possibilities.

I add some to my diet hot chocolate, (5 grams a serving) it makes it very rich tasting!

Just one caution -- it does slow or stall weight loss for a lot of people (including me). I eat it sometimes as a treat, because sometimes I need a treat and whipped cream does not cause cravings, but I never lose when I eat it.
