Default I am back to losing!!!!

After months of stalling at 142.5, including days where my weight would go up to 146#. It went below 142.5 once after a day of exercise. It has since, gone up and down again, but, today I weighed in at 138.5!!! The only change that I made was I purchased a new home that has 2 flights of stairs.

Thanks, guys, for the congrats. Exercise is important but you do not need, well atleast I don't, need hours on the treadmill or powerwalk or lift weight to get the benefits of exercise. We just gotta move more. Sweep the side walk, get up and turn the channel instead of using the remote. Walk to the corner drug store to get your low carb candy bar instead of driving and using up valuble gas.

I went for a walk last night to tour my new, beautiful neighborhood. The courtyards are gorgeous and well kept. I walked for a half hour, easily and didn't really want to come in. I saw lemon trees and grapefruit trees which are pretty cool when you come from Ohio where the fruit trees of choice are apples and plums. I used to walk in the sports park and I would walk for an hour and hated every second. I walked fast like I had somewhere to go. I know that I should work my body harder but I do not have to yet. As I get better, I will do better.

Well, keep up the good work everyone.

If I continue eating LC and exercising, I continue losing weight. As soon as I stop exercising (but continue with this WOE), I start gaining weight. That's not rocket science.

Exercise is VERY important; at least for me. I feel better when I exercise, too! So, the food is my WOE and the exercise is my WOL!
