Default Not feeling well.. Tylenol Allergy?

Ok well I'm feeling really bad today. I think it's sinus related.. My neck and shoulders feel really tight and my nose it stuffy and I have a really bad headache. I was going to take Tylenol Allergy Sinus but in the ingredients it lists corn starch, a few words that end in "ose" lol and something like sodium starch glycolate.. These sounded like bad things to me should I not take it? Will it affect me at all? I'd really appreciate anyones help, thanks in advance.

Hi, sorry you feel bad. According to Dr. Atkins you should stay away from antihistamines, however it really is a personal call. if you feel so bad perhaps you should take the medicine and just rest, remember you can always continue tomorrow and maybe make it up with more excercise. I had massive migraines and nausea the first week and took medication and I do not think it really affected me. The only thing it did was make me feel better and give me the time to rest and dedicate myself to going forward...
i hope you get better real soon.

Default I will agree

I agree with smurf. Take something so you feel better. Nothing will make you gain any serious fat even it was entirely a sugar pill, it might make you retain a little water, but by all means, don't go around miserable.

Hope you are feeling better soon,

wsgts
