Default Hello from casuzen

Hi all,

I have been on LC from July 2002 - almost to goal weight.
DH is also LCing from August (after he saw it was working with me!). He has lost 40 lbs - another 30 to go for him.

I will stay on the WOE for life as it has made a tremendous impact on me - I have fibromyalgia and from about 2 weeks into the process, the symptoms have subsided and have stayed gone (except for brief periods when the weather does a sharp turn). Soooo, I don't even get tempted to eat high glycemic carbs - I don't want all those symptoms back!

Its kinda funny being someone who lost weight during the holiday season instead of gaining!

How wonderful that you are both doing the LC and succeeding so well at it. It is going to make Maintenance so much easier when both of you are aware of the change in eating habits.

Talking Hello

Hello! I agree it is wonderful that you and your hubby are both low carbing together! I have all the no no foods in my home because I cook them for my family. My husband will eat chocolates in front of me and everything ,but I'm not giving in! You are very lucky that the two of you can support one another!
