ANY processed foods should be eaten in moderation. The nitrates and salt can make you retain water and stall out.

Default agonycat I have a question

I put back on this weekend 2 of the 5 pounds that I lost during induction! Do you think I should go back on induction for another couple weeks? I wasn't totally good during the first 2 weeks. I ate alot of the turkey pepporoni, nuts and a couple of those stupid carblite bars. Oh yea a handful of choc. chips.

What do you think??

The purpose of induction is to introduce you into a low carb lifestyle by teaching you what is the proper things to eat. Once you know what those food sources are, then you do not need to do induction for every mess up. Simply fall back to 20 carbs a day for a couple of days and then continue on your OWL program.
