Kimberly, You can eat those things in moderation. They stall a lot of people and some people react to the sugar alcohols. The key is a portion, not a plateful (or bowlful) as the case may be)

You are probably better off to eat more veggies, cheese, meat and eggs and less LC substitute food.

Take care, Julie

i] Hope It Continues To Workfor You But Unfortunatly Most Of Us Have Found Out From Personal Experience That The Low Carb Foods That Are Substitutes For The Old Habits We Had Tend To Delay The End Results We Are Looking For- Pounds Gone.

Try To Make Some Of Your Meals Whole Foods -fix A Salad For Lunch And Have Your Favorite Full Fat Dressing On It. Add Some Chicken Or Roast Beef With It And You Have A Full Meal.

Make Sure You Have A Cooked Vegetable With Your Evening Meal And Maybe Indulge In A Low Carb Treat(but Only One) To Make You Feel That You Are Not "dieting"

Good Luck On Your Continued Losses

WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU, HON! (NOTICE I'M USING CAPS FOR YOUR SAKE )...

I FOUND THAT I HAD NO SELF CONTROL AROUND THE LC TREATS. THEY GOT ME INTO EATING MY OLD STYLE WHICH IS WHAT MADE ME FAT, PLUS I GAINED WEIGHT ON THEM EVEN WHEN I COUNTED THE CARBS. THAT'S MY EXPERIENCE. I GUESS MY ATTITUDE IS THAT I REALLY WANTED TO CHANGE MY WOE (WAY OF EATING) SO I STAY AWAY FROM THE LC SUBSTITUTES FOR THE HC STUFF. THAT SAID, I REALLY LIKE THE CARB OPTIONS BBQ SAUCE AND THE DAVINCI SYRUP IN MY COFFEE, OTHERWISE I STAY AWAY FROM THE OTHER PRODUCTS. IT'S NICE TO KNOW, THO, THAT THEY'RE THERE FOR WHEN I'M REALLY WANTING A TREAT

TAKE CARE, HON! CONGRATS ON THE EXCELLENT PROGRESS

Hi Kimberly- Welcome To The Forum

I Have Had The Same Experience That Nicole Talks About. I Have To Be Careful Eating Sweets. They Seem To Trigger My Craving For Cakes/pies And All The Forbidden Fruit.

Congratulations On Your Weight Loss....way To Go!
