Default soup on induction

Hello, I was wondering if any one would have a recipe for soup?

Soup that you can have while during induction.

How about boiling up a whole chicken, cut in pieces, take the meat off the bone. Add Induction veggies and cook in the broth. Remove all, boil broth until it reduces about half and add back the cooked stuff. That's Induction soup!

Some good things to put in are celery, a bit of onion and garlic, cabbage, mushrooms, bok choy, peppers, fennel, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower. Along with the chicken meat, that 's a fabulous soup. And LEGAL for Induction!

The Friendly Italian Wedding soup from this site should be okay. It's in the soup section and is SO GOOD!

Sounds yummy!
I'll have to try that next time I make a roast chicken.

I'm wondering how much can a person have? I know they say 3 cups of veggies a day while on induction. I guess you would have to guess on how much of veggies you are having.

Is there a such thing of low carb chicken bouillon? Can I use it to give it a more a chicken flavor?
