Carb count for Bakers unsweetened choc.?

Hi Karen

You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find the carb count of plain old Bakers unsweetened chocolate. Do you know what one of those ounce squares equals? Thanks...Ang. PS I can't find the good stuff, so I am resorting to Bakers.

My box says 2 carbs per 1 oz.........I only know that because I jsut used it to make the peanut butter cups!!!!!!lol
