Default flaxseed oil and cravings

I have been taking flaxseed oil everyday and it has helped me curb cravings for carbs. Has anyone experienced the same or is it just my mind over matter?

It may be the fat that is added from the oil. Fat is what tells our brain we're full. Alot of the cravings could be actual hunger, or a small amount of huger which the fat helps to counter act. You might want to look into other oils just for something different and a variety of health benifits. A lite olive oil is great for salads. Sunflower and safflower oil are really good for things that need a light flavor. I love the taste of coocnut oil. In protien power they warn that flax seed oil is high in a certain acid that some people are sensative too, but I think it's a small amount of people.
