Unhappy No Ooomph!

I just have no energy today. I have only made breafast and made my bed. I went to a half hour of Physical therapy for my shoulder and then came home and went for a walk.................A really short walk, only about half a mile because my legs were getting wobbly.
I don't think it's the WOE I think it's Ibuprofen that I took because the shoulder was hurting when I woke up.
Had surgery on it in Sept and am just now getting most of the use back. Still have trouble raising my arm.

I had a lot of fatigue and muscle weakness my first couple of weeks the first time I did Atkins. I added Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium to my multi-vitamin and it went completely away within just a couple of days. Are you taking any supplements? It's really hard to get all the nutrients you need on induction. Maybe your body just needs a little help.

Thanks blatla, I have been taking those in addition to my Multivitamin, Vit E and Vit C. My Dr. doesn't believe in suppliments but my cholesterol ratio is terrific and I haven't had a cold in three years so I believe they do me good.
He would probably scream if I told him I was doing Atkins.

Not really. He;s terrific otherwise. He actually listens and doesn't try to give you a bunch of drugs until it's been shown that you really need them. I've had too many that just want to give you meds treating the symptoms rather than the real problem. We'll work it out. I'll convince him.
