Question Plans with no Snacking Do You Find It Gets Easier Not To Snack

Hello

A question for those on plans which do not permit or discourage snacking. Do you find it gets easier and you adjust as time goes by.

I am trying the Montignac Method and he really discourages snacking, in looking through the CAD book I see that snacking is also discouraged.

Usually I am allright in the daytime, but I sleep poorly and often wake after 2-3 hours and cannot get back to sleep. So I feel as if I have a lot more hours to fill between meals without a snack. Snacking is not strictly forbidden only discouraged.

The Montignac board is pretty quiet, have any of you people tried it before?

CAD works on control of insulin response so you don't actually get hungry for snacks. At least most of those on CAD have found that.
