Do you have the newer edition of Atkins? He cautions not to exceed 3 oz. total of heavy cream per day.

Supergirl, you say in your profile that you have read no low carb books yet.
I cannot stress strongly enough that you need to read Dr Atkins' latest book. In fact it's a very good idea to read some other books, such as the Drs Eades "Protein Power" as well. You can get books such as Protein Power from your library, but you really need to have your own copy of the Atkins book. You need to read it thoroughly and it is then useful for you to refer to from time to time.
Dr A spells out for you in the book exactly what you can and cannot eat in Induction. So your question would have been answered.
Cheers, Supergirl.
