Default constipation..help!

ever since starting, i have been very constipated. I know I am eating all my veggies and drinking tons of water and I have now even started taking metamucil at least one a day. but its not helping! what do you guys do that works to keep it moving!? help!

Constipation is one of the problems with this WOE in the beginning for most. Some use Psyllium Husks, Flaxseeds, or like I use, Flaxseed Oil in caplet form. Hopefully this helps a bit. You can always do a search for Constipation using the Search feature

i could be wrong here, i am very new to this(one week) but, i think the essential fatty acid tabs do the trick for me. it says take 3 a day on the bottle, i take all three in the morning. they are huge. good luck.

If all else fails take ex-lax or something similar. Don't get yourself blocked up - it can be dangerous.

Pysillium husk caplets (2aday) have become my new best friend. Never a problem since starting them.
