I figure I'll start a gym log, this may help me Up my workouts and keep me on my toes!
I workout at the gym M-W-F
Home T-Th
Off days are Saturday and Sunday.
So....
Yesterday at the gym I did-
Recombent 20 minutes on Fat burning Uphill, level, down some, Uphill, Down etc
Circuit board- 14 machines
1 mile Race walk with weights, split up with Running
Circuit board- 14 machines
then another 6 machines working on Abs, thighs, and glutes
Recombent 20 minutes on Fat burning Uphill, level, down some, Uphill, Down etc.
Then I came home cleaned, did a load of laundry does that count too? LOL
