Default DAMM Garlic!!!

Who would have thought galic had 45 carbs per cup? Not me, before I ate an entire cup of roasted elephant garlic.

Dammit!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I am losing so slowly anyways.

45 carbs before or after you subtract fiber? Remeber to subtract the fiber.

From Fitday:

0.68g Fat
44.98g Carbs
2.86g Fiber
8.65g Protein

1 cup is ALOT of garlic...A clove has < 1g Carbs in it. 1 cup is therefore, 45 cloves of Garlic.

1 cup is alot, I know! But it was the large sized that you roast and eat on bread. Of course I did not eat on Bread.

I am down a 1/2 pound today so maybe its ok!
