Unhappy Flavored Coffe

i just recently started buying flavored cofee (decaf) and it never occurred to me that there might be sugars or something in them. does anyone know if freshly ground hazelnut or vanilla bean coffees are bad? It doesn't have the carb count anywhere and I usually just go to the local supermarket and grind up the stuff fresh from there. I hope that this isnt what is causing my stall. i will be so mad.

Gee i doubt it does, but sorry I don't know for sure. I just tryed the Devinci no sugar Irish cream sryup in my coffee, very nice, but it's sweet for my tastes so just the odd one will do me. That might be a good way to go, specialy if you use splenda in your regular coffee anyways.

Cheers Kathy

Flavored coffee beans are roasted with flavored oils I believe. I would think that they don't contain sugars... maybe try running a search on google?

Hi,
I'm a huge coffee addict and have often wondered this myself...
The flavored coffees usually do not have sugar in them. I buy the Millstone flavored coffees at Wal-Mart sometimes, the kind you can grind in-store (Chocolate Silk is good), and found out that they do not contain sugar. Makes me wonder how they get the flavor in there, but oh well, as long as I know it's sugar free I'm happy.
Coffee beans do have some carbs, though, in their natural state--approximately 1g per cup.
