Default Need help fighting withdrawl

I feel terrible. I'm on my 4th day. I'm not having cravings, in fact I feel so terrible, I almost don't want to eat at all.
Sunday night I got smashed for the first time in my life, is there such a thing as a 3 day hangover?
I don't remember how I felt the first time I did Induction, last December.
Is there something I can eat, or a suppliment that might help me feel better? Right now I'm just doing multivita.
More water maybe?

I'm sorry that you're having such a rough time with induction. I did too the second time around. It does get better though. I felt nauseous the first two weeks but that got better with more water and extra supplements - i.e. potassium, calcium-magnesium and evening primrose oil. Check out the "Low Carb Tips" area found on the top of this site. It may help you through this. Believe me if you can wait this time out you will have great success and will feel so much better. Take care and keep the faith!
Cheers,
Lara
