newbie; kinda
Hi everyone
I did bit of Atkins and CAD last year, but kinda got lazy and drifted away from it after getting my carb cravings under control.
But my cravings are playing up again, so I've decided to go back to CAD.
I'm not looking to lose heaps of weight as such, but to get my eating habits under control and it's an added bonus if i lose weight.
I just find Atkin's too hard, cuz as i'm at college, i tend to go out a bit, and eat out. and plus,, u gotta drink once in a while!
also, i tend to skip brekkie, so CAD is the best one for me i reckon.
