i'm wondering if all you trader joe shoppers have bought these french green beans (frozen)? what's the difference between these and regular grean beans- are they more carby/starchy? or is it just the size (since they are so thin??)

French-style green beans refers to the way the beans are cut lengthwise into long thin strips, rather than crosswise in 1-inch pieces. To the best of my knowledge, there's no added ingredients so you would just count as green beans per usual. Double-check the ingredients list to make sure there's nothing added.
