Unhappy Nausea???

I have been nauseous today and occasionally since I started the program. This is about my 25th day. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks!!

The only time I ever feel naseous is when I cheat big time...sugar in particular. Did you change your eating habits?

Actually no cheating. I did cut out cheese and the last few days have been lower than normal carbs. I was wondering if maybe it was to few carbs??

Only time I was nauseous was when taking my vitamin without food. Never made that mistake twice.
