I buy the Toroni (think that's how you spell it) but others use the DaVinci. They are both flavored syrups made with liquid Splenda so they are carb free. There is a ton of flavors but not in my grocery store so I just get Irish Cream, Caramel, and Vanilla. Online there are other flavors like, chocolate, cherry, orange, and many more. You can get the DaVinci ones from Netrition.

I use SF vanilla DiVinci every morning. Look at the label though, they make "regular" and SF varieties of each flavor. (I bought the wrong bottle once)

The SF syrups are great, I love them

What you can also do is get coconut milk or coconut cream. They have some carbs, but are lactose free.

I love the Davinci/Torani syrups. At last count, I had 16 different flavors you can use different combinations for variety (I like chocolate w/hazelnut and white chocolate w/raspberry) ... I am lucky, I can get them cheap at a local restaurant supply store.

Also try adding unsweetened soy milk, or Soy Slender brand which is splenda sweetened and comes in vanilla, chocolate and cappucino flavors.
