Can a few people check my Journal please?
After reading up viewing this website and getting a book or two I'm hitting atkins *hard* again.
It's day 3 now and I think I'm doing good (although last nights diner I think I ate too much!) and I want to reduce the "chesse snacks".
Are my thoughts correct? Is this type of food good? What else might I be missing?
