Talking Hey this is great!

Hi everyone, I'm new at this and have been on induction for a week now. So far I have lost 8lbs! My target weight is about 145 lbs and I started at 224lbs a week ago.

I read the Atkins book and thought - oh yeah, too good to be true - but it's not. I feel superb , heaps of enery lots of weight loss, no hunger and I deon't even feel like pizza.

I'm from Wellington, New Zealand and would be keen to know if there are any locals out there??

Welcome to the forum Lesley!

So, what is the induction you are referring to? Have you read any of the great books available on low carb?

We started out at almost the same weight and have a similar goal weight. You can do this! It's a wonderful way of life.

Karen
