Post Tina's Gym Log

Okay I'm Finally Starting This Thing. I've Been Walking For A Few Weeks Now. I Walk A 2mile Track At The Park By My House. It Normally Takes About 45 Min. To Go Around Pushing A Stroller, But We Made It In 35 The Other Day. Now To Start Off With, Yesterday I Walked & Forgot To Time, But I Didn't Have The Baby, So I Jogged A Little Too. This Morning, I Pushed The Baby, & Forgot To Time Again. I Probably Wont Walk Again Till Monday Since I'm Working This Weekend- 12 Hour Shifts. That Really Only Leaves Time To Sleep, Eat, & Bathe. Sometimes I Seem To Miss Out On All Of Them.

Well, Monday It Rained & Yesterday I Spent About 3 Hours At Six Flags So I Got Plenty Of Walking In. I Might Try & Walk After Work Today, But I Have To Work Tomorrow So I Don't Know If I'll Get To Or Not.

Thanks, The Only Problem Here Is That It Rains So Much. I Didn't Go Last Night, We Were So Busy At Work Yesterday That I Literally Came Home & Collapsed. It's Really Cloudy Out Now So I Doubt I'll Make It Tonight, But I Promise I'm Not Giving Up.

Okay, I've Given Up On The Walking Outdoors Thing, I Have To Go Early In The Morning Or Late In The Evening To Avoid Heat Stroke & It Seems Like I'm Either Working Or It's Raining Then. Mother Nature Hates Me. I Did Go Riding W/ My Husband For About 5 Hours On His Motorcycle Sunday & Considering It Doesn't Have A Back Rest, I Must Have Burned Some Calories (i Most Certainly Could Feel It). Anyway, I Made An Appointment To Go To Curves On Monday & Am Very Excited About It They Seem To Be Very Personal W/you.

Okay, It's been quite a while since I posted in here, but I've been LCing again for nearly a month. So yesterday I decided it was time to start exercising again. I called Val and we headed for the mall. It is 1.25 miles around the mall without going in the stores and we walked through Sears and we went in and out through the bookstore, so I think we got a little extra. We plan to do it again today!

We walked the mall again yesterday, then swam at Valerie's house. The amount of energy I have these days is amazing, I seem to never get tired, but when I lay down in bed, I go straight to sleep and wake up early in the morning refreshed and ready to go! From someone who doesn't sleep too well, I'm saying a lot about this great new sleep pattern. I'm thinking I might get the boy's up this morning and walk before the mall crowd gets there, while everything is closed! Val's supposed to bring over some pilates videos she has & we're gonna try them out. Wish me luck!

Okay, no pilates, but me and the boys did walk the mall this morning, it's muck easier to walk it in the morning when no one is there. Val, that means I'll just have to come drag your butt out of bed every morning!
