this is my second go around on atkins and the first time...it took just a little over a week to get into ketosis..and i hastily moved to the next phase..i was not feeling the way of eating at that time...i have lost pounds, but i havent been in ketosis and really knew what to do next in the sense of what the best thing for me to do was---to keep losing .....(i hope that makes sense!) i have noticed that the ketostrip isnt consistent..some days its pink and some days its not..i try not to obsess..but i honestly do...i was just curious on what others did once they KNEW for a fact that they were in ketosis. i suppose i need to stay on induction, maintain ketosis, as closley as i can, then when i want to slow wt loss down, move on to ongoing???? what did you do???
