Default FitDay and entering activities

Unless I'm missing something FitDay is not very user friendly when it comes to putting in activities. Sure if I walk for an hour at lunch I can enter that it because it's a specific exercise. But what about my walking all day doing work, etc? I wear a pedometer but there seems to be no way to enter my entire daily mileage/steps into FitDay so it will calculate my activities along with my diet.

Any advice?

Thanks
Kris

Yes, I'd have to agree with you that its not user friendly when it comes to the Activities Section. I wish it was like the Food Section where you can Add a customized activity.

Try checking Lifestyle Level under your Profile. I believe you can choose a couple that might come closer to what you need and it might help reflect what your real day activities look like.

When my Pedometer was still working, I calculated my stride and used this to calaculate my mileage from the steps. I then calculated the time to travel that distance, assuming an average speed of 3 mph...which is about my average speed when I walk.
