Default I'm being tempted by Hot Raisins

The thing about Easter besides of course those demonic Cadbury Creme Eggs is the Raisin Buns. If you live in Canada you are probably familiar with Presidents Choice Raisin First Hot Cross Buns? Well my husband toasted some for breakfast (he is retired and sleeps late so his breakfast is often late) and the aroma of that raisin cinamon combination is still filling the house. It's driving me nutso(er). I'm not going to have one but just thought I'd feel better to let the feeling out

Sometimes smelling something can be the worst temptation.

LOL - that is funny - i had the same problem yesterday when i went grocery shopping. On the table near the register a huge shelf of those hot cross buns, fresh out of the oven. I literally had to hold my breath as not to be tempted!! I find my cravings are for strange things now - no longer candy or chips - now things like mangos, yogurt, and hotcross buns! I can't wait to be off induction (not that that will change the hot cross bun issue, but can hopefully rectify the yogurt/fruit issue).

OK Koko, you got me started on my banana craving the other day. Now this!

My MIL makes the best cinnamon buns that I have ever eaten in my entire life. There is nothing like that smell when they come out of the oven. It takes every ounce of control NOT to gorge on the whole batch.

Oh boy, not to mention the caramel-filled easter eggs. I have been carefully avoiding anyplace that sells those babies.

Hey, "responsible" is a strong word! After all, I put it in my mouth.

Now that I'm 90 days without sugar, I promise I won't cave in to the evil calling of cinnamon buns and easter eggs!
