Question Roasted Garlic Net Count???

Can anyone tell me how many net carbs are in one clove of roasted garlic? And is a clove one of those sections or the entire thing?

On calorieking.com it lists 1 but it doesn't list any fiber which it does for several things I have noticed that do have a fiber count.

I had a chicken ceasar yesterday and added a few sections of roasted garlic off of the condiment buffet and now I am freaked out because I didn't realize they had one whole carb per clove.

A clove is one small section of garlic. Just check the list for raw garlic. I can't imagine cooking it could add carbs, even if it is caramelized a bit - any experts out there to back me up?

I just count it as a clove of garlic. .992 per clove is what fitday says. Roasted garlic is one of my favorite things in life.
