Unhappy Worried aaaagain

I am a little worried that I have been eating too much lately. I'll have eggs & bacon for breakfast, a salad and fish for lunch, a salad and some other meat for dinner, and then a whole lot of snacks. I'll have celery and cream cheese, peanuts, sandwhich meat, and olives. Has anyone had any negative effects of eating too much, I just feel hungry all the time, or it might just be cravings. Oh, and I am drinking enough water. Hmmm.

Kris

You haven't been low-carbing for very long. I wouldn't worry too much about eating a lot of calories at first. Getting settled in to this new way of eating will be challenge enough for the next while.

I'm about the same height and goal weight as you, and I'm finding that the closer I get to goal, the more I have to 'tweak' my eating plan. I aim for about 1500 calories a day, enough to keep me from feeling hungry, and not so little I go into 'starvation mode.' I think if you're fairly small, like we are, overeating on a daily basis can perhaps (note the 'perhaps') stall us out. But I never counted calories for the first couple of months on Atkins, and I still lost.
