Default Technical Question

I keep getting notified that my inbox is full. When I go there, this is what it says: Folder: Inbox contains 0 messages. You have 14 messages stored, of a total 10 allowed. I don't know how do get rid of stored messages, can someone help me. Thanks.

Yes, every time you send a message to someone else, a copy is saved in your Sent Items folder. These count as part of your 10 message limit, so you need to keep it cleared out too If you don't want to save a message, just uncheck the "save a copy" before you send it.

In your PM inbox, you'll see a drop-down menu box "Jump to folder:" .. select Sent Items from there and hit Go. To delete all sent items with a single click, just put a check in the little box in the light-orange bar next to where it says Sent Date. This will automatically select All ... then at the bottom you'll see the Delete option, just click Go.


The "don't save a copy" option must be done on a per message basis. Right below the box where you type your message, you'll see the option and you can just uncheck it.
