and second!

can someone really explain this NET carb thing i really don't understand it....Cause im missing out on some extra carbs then, and I want them cause im a little piggy.. and as i mentioned before i just quit smoking and have the munchies...

so if you can give me some info on my question, that would be great.... Oh yea im on my 4 day of induction!

Thanks Leighlana

Dear leighlana,

As you are in the early stage of the diet leave yogurt alone for a few weeks. As you (technically) live in the USA, most foods will have a percentage of carbs i.e. 7 and of fiber i.e. 3. the carb figure contains the carbs you can digest and those you can't (the fiber), so you can subtract one from the other and come up with a figure of 4 effective carbs.

Congratulations on giving up smoking! Slices of cooked meat or hard boiled eggs can be used to drive the munchies away - the fattier the meat the better.

Good luck,
Robert
P.S. It's minus 3C here in Belarus...wish I was in Hawaii

Cause I really want to have a successful induction like a lot of other people..
