Default maybe this one is for me???

I am really having a hard time with the Atkins WOE, and read some into the go-diet. Can anyone give me anymore info on this WOE?

I'm not sure if there are any GOer's on the forum, but to the right of the page under Quick Links is Which Low Carb Plan is Right for Me which will take you to a description of many different LC plans. GO is described there.

You can have up to 50g of carbs a day. You're supposed to have either kefir or yogurt every day. 21g of fiber. and low saturated fat, high monounsaturated fats. So, olive oil, macadamia nuts, other nuts. I haven't lost any more on this diet than I did on Atkins, but either choice keeps me from putting weight on at least.
