Thumbs down Thanks everyone for your replies ( weekend review ) Also questions

Well i should have known better.

Started Friday carbup with guilt and a candy bar, Saturday went pertty much the same.

Stopped Saturday night but SUnday night i add a whey protein shake, It add 4g of carb and maltodextrine and fructose, well today Tuesday i am not in ketosis yet and no trace.

Damn, plus i add a sore throat so i guess i took some mouth wash to gargle.

Today i plan on doing the old oil trick to speed things up, i didnt train yesterday but this morining i really gave it all, legs, back and biceps.

I did a good hour, yesterday i did some 20 minutes tae bo, guess that wasnt enought to clear all the glycogen and dirt i ate on the weekend.

This brings me to my questions:

I have started this diet about 3 weeks ago my bodyweight was around 212 pounds, i have no idea of my bodyfat %, now my bodyweight is down to 196 pounds?

After my carb up i was 202 pounds on Sunday moring, 198 pounds on Monday and today Tuesday 196. Seems that you dont need to be in ketosis to lose weight right???

Can this diet be done without the protein powder, to tell you the thruth i bought a house and right now dont have money to invest in supplements.

The good whey protein here in canada cost a lot of money.

I found some glucose tablets for diabetes and dont know if this would be good for my next carb up????

My girlfriend drinks here orange juice in the moring but she is low carb the rest of the day, i think its not gonna work because orange juice has fructose in it, since she is not doing the keto diet can she still lose some weight, she is stuck right now and has been for a year?

Thanks everybody, this diet really works no matter what people say dangerous and all, i dont think so.
