Nice surprise! We went to Horseshoe Bay for brunch today. The Boathouse has a lowcarb menu - which was essentially a listing of recommended things on their regular menu suitable for lowcarbing - but also the offer to make things any way you needed them done. I was impressed to see the effort.

We had a wonderful waiter - who said "oh I guess you likely wouldn't want to be tempted with the croissants and muffins then" which I thought was really nice of him to be that considerate because he would have been so right!

Breakfast is an easy meal to stay low carb but wonderful to see "our way" popping up in the mainstream.
