Few Seats Available in LC Cooking Class

Teere are a few seats available in a low-carb cooking class I'm teaching at Tools & Techniques in West Van, Wednesday February 13. The class starts at 6:30.

The Menu:

Arugula Salad with Tuna and Eggplant "Stack"; Salmon Roasted with Bacon, Cream and Vermouth; Daik-tato Cakes; Broiled Spinach with Four Cheeses; and for dessert Tiramisu!
