You Are Your Own Gym
I have been using this program by Mark Lauren on and off for a few years and I have found it to be one of the best bodyweight workout routines I have ever done.
Has anyone ever used this program, and if so, what were your experiences?
I am fond of bodyweight because it requires little to no space and works multiple muscle groups throughout every exercise.
