I have been so frustrated with my weight loss lately, I decided I am just gonna take a break! I don't know if I am suffering from a much too long, too cold, too snowy winter, or what! But I have not been having any luck with just sticking with the plan! (any plan) I will continue to read and participate here because I find this site very inspirational, and I'm just gonna hang out till I get inspired again !Scheeeeeesh sometimes life is overwhelming, especially when you really want something and can't even seem to get motivated enough to go get it!
