Hi.

I don't know what I'm doing here. Do I go up in calories,,,down....up in carbs? Just don't know anymore. I am not really seriously worried, but I don't know if its time for OWL or not. I have lost 1/2 my goal with 12 pounds to go. Do I keep doing induction, or gradually add the carbs? I ate closer to 30 carbs the last 2 days (not today though) and I maintained my wt. Any advice. Also, how many grams of protein do I need/day. Also, stupid TOM is around the corner again, and I have loads of edema in my lower legs (I'm a nurse...run on my feet all day 12-14 hours/day)

Thanks.

Congratulations for being so close to goal!! The theory is if you are maintaining at a level decrease it by 5 until you start to lose again. But in your case with TOM around the corner, this could be causing the "stall" or even gain.

My advice would be wait until TOM is done and the see, if you need to drop to 25 after that then you can drop.

Good Luck!!!
