Just finished day 14 of induction. I had lost a total of 8 1/2 pounds at one point, but as of today, I've only lost 7. Why did I put on a pound and a half? I have not cheated on carbs in anyway. Yesterday's diet:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs w/cheese and 2 slices of bacon
Lunch; Chicken salad
Snack: EAS bar (25 protein/3 carbs)
Dinner: Small piece of pork tenderloin, chicken salad
*Throughout the day I ate the entire chicken salad (made of 5 servings chicken, 1 celery stick, 2 slices turkey bacon, and mayo).
Am I eating too much? Not enough? It reallywas a lot of chicken salad. I appreciate any and all input!
Also...I just resumed strength training today, so I dout I put on muscle during induction with only one day of Pilates

Edited to add: I drink way more than 8 glasses of water a day, and only 6 oz of Dt. Pepsi in additioN
