Getting a "cheating" urge
I'm getting the urge to binge lately.
I'm just so p*ssed off that my weight is NOT budging. I went up, now three weeks later am only down to where I was but haven't lost from that point. So effectively, I haven't lost weight in four weeks.
I am getting that angry, "To heck with it, if I'm going to not lose weight anyway, why not just eat today until I barf?" feeling.
I'm trying hard and getting nowhere and I'm angry about it.
