Thumbs up Hello, 3 Weeks into LC

I n my fourth week of Atkins, and have lost approx 7-8 pounds. Hit a plateau last week, but hope all is fine. Feel better and clothes seem slightly looser. Determined to stick at it and get in shape.

Hi how are you? Scottland is a great place in the summer. Walk those hills. I loved to walk to the shops each day. Wish I was back there to smell the yum yums. Can't eat them but boy do they smell good. Hang in there. Fat muscle ratio is changing . Drop those inches while you wait. MyraH

Hi Kelly, congratulations on your weight loss so far. Take a deep breath and don't let the scales dominate your life from now on. After induction weight loss always slows down and I've read several posts on this site where people have either stalled or put on a couple of pounds after induction. Hang on in there, your body is readjusting, once it has done so you will begin to loose again.

Keep the faith.
