Just wanted to say Hi!
Well, I've been out of the swing of things since I fractured my wrist on Christmas Eve. I was in a cast and just got my splint off on Thursday. It was an evulsion fracture where a piece of the bone broke off. Dr. said this could cause a life time of problems! UGH and no weights for another two weeks.
I've been back doing LB and cardio for two weeks and miss my UBWO. I've been off TKD for almost a month and am ready to get back. Only doing LB has been very boring and getting started on lifting UB again won't been fun starting over.
Anyone have any suggestions or been through it?
